In conjunction with the Women’s and Gender Studies and the Queer Studies working groups, the Glasscock Center will host an open session with poet Maggie Nelson (California Institute of the Arts) on Wednesday, 4 March, from 11:00-12:30 in the Glasscock Center Library, Glasscock 311.

Dr. Nelson is this year’s recipient of the Susanne M. Glasscock Book Prize for Interdisciplinary Scholarship for her monograph Women, the New York School, and Other True Abstractions.   All are welcome to stop by, even if just for a few minutes.  The Glasscock Center will provide an assortment of box lunches for this informal, open session.  If you would like a lunch, please email Donnalee Dox (dox@tamu.edu) by Friday, February 27.
